Refund & Exchange Policy

We want you to love your Sen Noods Merchandise as much as we do. But if it’s not quite right, here’s how we handle returns.

Returns

• Returns accepted within 14 days of delivery.

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags (if applicable).

• Simply email noodssen@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll guide you from there.

Not Eligible for Return

• Worn, washed, or damaged items.

• Sale or promotional items (unless faulty).

Refunds

• Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll confirm via email.

• If approved, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 3–5 working days.

Exchanges

• Need a different size or color? Email us first — we’ll let you know if the swap is available.

• You may need to place a new order after returning the original.
